Hi, I’m Kim, the heart behind Pet Nanny Co, a trusted local pet care provider serving Sarasota, Florida and surrounding areas.

Animals have always had a special place in my heart, even from a young age. Growing up, my mom was allergic to animals, so I wasn’t allowed to have pets of my own. But that didn’t stop my love for them. My aunt ran a rescue out of her home with five dogs and four cats, and I spent as much time there as I could. By just 9 years old, I was helping with everything they needed, bathing them, giving medications, and of course giving them lots of love and attention. That experience shaped my passion for caring for animals and showed me how rewarding it is to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved.

Today, I’m lucky to have a family of my own, and our home is full of furry personalities. We have three dogs and a cat who keep life fun and full of love. Gus Bus, my sweet elderly Chihuahua, has my whole heart. Rue, our playful Labrador, brings so much joy and energy, while Vinny, our lovable Golden Retriever, is the definition of a gentle soul. Our cat Chester joined our family after we rescued him as a stray, and he fits right in.

These experiences, from helping at my aunt’s rescue to caring for my own pets, are what inspired me to create Pet Nanny Co Caring for animals isn’t just something I do, it’s who I am.

With years of hands on experience providing professional pet sitting, dog walking, drop in visits, pet bathing, and waste management services, I understand that every pet is unique. Whether your pet needs a fun walk, reliable in home pet sitting while you’re away, or help keeping your yard clean, I treat every animal like they’re my own, with patience, kindness, and lots of love.
